An employee of a mobile phone company was found lying near the antennas in the village of Krrabë in Fushë-Arrëz after allegedly suffering a problem at work. According to preliminary data, the 50-year-old had gone to the area to intervene in a technical defect in an antenna, while he was found by other people lying on the ground, in conditions that required immediate intervention.
After notifying the police, the relevant services arrived at the scene and emergency transport by helicopter was organized to the Trauma Hospital, where he is receiving medical assistance.
"Around 09:20, the operations room of the Puka Police Station was called by citizen Gj. T., who reported that in the village of Krrabë there was a person lying near the antennas.
Immediately, the Police services, in cooperation with the civil emergency and health services, went to the scene at the antennas in the Mida area.
Verifications revealed that the person in question was citizen LK, around 50 years old, an employee of a mobile phone company, who allegedly had gone to fix a defect in a company antenna.
Citizen LK was transported by helicopter to the Trauma Hospital for medical assistance.
"The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working to clarify the circumstances of the case," the police announced.
