Prosecutor Mete "sweated" a lot to deliver justice, but lawyer Pëllumbi did not allow it. The money was lost, Shemsie Kadria spent several years in prison, until he was amnestied in 2007.
Prosecutor Mete in 2022 refused to be vetted and left with resignation.
In the card of his property, there was a large 3-story villa on "Bruzi" street No. 10 Laprakë, elevated after Shemsie Kadria was "convicted", at first without a permit, then the state legalized it. Lawyer Mark Pëllumb, on the other hand, continued his career for several years until he married his daughter.
In 2015, Sara Pëllumbi married the Communications Director of Prime Minister Rama, Endri Fuga.
The coincidences do not end here. Kolonjari Bilbil Mete is the first cousin of Skënder Kaçup, the well-known Dean of the Faculty of Law over the years. It is not Ervin Mete's fault that he graduated "excellently" from the law faculty at the school run by his "father".
With the creation of the financial scheme of micro loans, Governor Sejko, in addition to the scheme with Iute-Kredo-MCA-Final, issues a license for his brother-in-law Elton Gjipali and one for Ervin Mete's cousin, Klei Kaçupi, son of Skënder Kaçupi.
Micro Credit Risk with Nipt L91803020G, which has changed its name to Credital, was founded on 10.5.2019, by Elton Janina, Klei Kaçupi and a prestanome Dashnor Osmani. License with No. 45 was issued by Governor Sejko on 13.11.2019, without a point of responsibility only 4 months after a company was created with persons with no connection to the field of banking activity. At that time Klei Kaçupi was only 19 years old. Koicidon since October 2019, i.e. a month ago, Ervin Mete opened the private office "GMConsulting" at Sky Tower. Where he did several months of legal and financial "consulting" without any support staff. Then in 2020, he became the director of the Financial Supervision Authority, a position he held for several years, where he is supposed to have supervised the pension institutions as well as Iute-Kredo-MCA-Final together with his cousin Kaçupi who participated in MCR/Credital.
The Micro Credit Risk company was created in record time to buy the loans that Kredo.al gives, according to a well-thought-out scheme to launder the latter's money coming from abroad, with the original source being Russia.
With the release of several media articles about MCR, cousin Mete with a fine sense of smell, orders cousin Kaçupi to leave the company because they were de-conspiracy. Klei Kaçupi, on 29.8.2023, sells the shares of a multi-million micro credit activity for only 50 million old lek.
The Finance Association of Albania was called by SPAK a month ago for the issue of incinerators.
