Suel Çela sinks Ilir Meta, how he intervened until KLD for Pajtime Fetahun...
Suel Çela's gang seems to have spread its tentacles everywhere, from the local government to the courts, prosecutor's offices and even to the former High Council of Justice.
The file of the Special Prosecutor's Office shows many episodes from the activity of the criminal group, which was supported by the judge of Elbasan, Pajtime Fetahu. In one case, SPAK shows a conversation between the leader of the group, Suel Çela (Marjus Lulaj) and journalist Artan Hoxha.
Çela wants to introduce friend Hoxha to the journalist Saimir Kodra, as the latter had published many violations of the judge on the show STOP. But there also appears the name of Ilir Meta, once head of the High Council of Justice. The conversations take place on "Sky Ecc" on 03.03.2020, when Meta was still President of the Republic.
On 03.03.2020 , Marjus Lulaj communicates with Artan Hoxha, to whom he writes "...I wanted to ask you...are you talking to that stop sign...do you have a lot...or just?...he wanted me a friend of mine ndim...she is a judge in elbasan...he falls on her neck...pantime fetahu...peace...she got on the wrong side...he attacked her...she denounced him... and so on it's time... he denounced her to the court... he got a little personal... just don't deal with him anymore...
Good lord... I brought this back to work... because Likja didn't put it on the agenda... when he was the head of the village (KLD). I need this, but how do you know that my friend is looking for it... ", the message says.
If we go deeper into the matter, the facts show that in February 2017, the Supreme Council of Justice suspended from office and started disciplinary proceedings for the judge of Elbasan, Pajtime Fetah. The suspension came after the publication on the investigative show "Stop" on January 31, 2017, of a number of interceptions where the judge demanded 2 thousand euros for the release of a prisoner.
In September of the same year, the Prosecution of Serious Crimes dismissed the criminal case against the judge, on the grounds that involvement in corruption was not proven. With the closure of the file, Pajtime Fetah asked to return to the system as a judge, a return that went through the High Council of Justice.
From May 2017 to May 2018, the KLD did not include Pajtime Fetah's request in the agenda. But before KLD was dissolved, Meta made the last move. He returns it to the system and from what appears in the conversation, Suel Çela intervened. We don't know what bargains were made, but it seems clear that crime has extended its tentacles to the highest level of justice. / Pamphlet
