Altin Ndoci, arrested by SPAK order, punched a police officer and escaped from the hospital where he was being treated. The prison administration has reacted by confirming his departure and is continuing an intensive search to capture the fugitive.
In the field of justice, the GJKKO has decided to proceed to trial the case against two defendants Amar Shkëmbi and Bledar Polovina, linked to the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja. In the incident of November 1, 2019, Ndoja's driver, Andi Maloku, was killed as a result of the shooting, while the prosecution and SPAK continue investigations against other participants in the structured criminal group.
