The week has been marked by strong developments in justice and public order.

The Special Prosecution Office sent Arnold Rrokaj and Zambak Gjoni for trial in the case of hacking SPAK computers, while Ismaili is also expected.

In parallel, the Constitutional Court clarified the decision to seize phones by SPAK, finding a violation of the confidentiality of correspondence and personal data.
In another decision, the Constitutional Court accepted for review the complaint of Russian mafia figure Igor Kokunov against the Albanian judiciary.

On the criminal front, the "Golden Bullet" case was postponed, after the GJKKO requested the notification of fugitive Altin Ndoci, while the prosecution spoke out against blocking the process.

Following his escape, police conducted searches in Puka, Ndoc's hometown.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Justice ordered the transfer of 33 high-risk prisoners from Durres to Peqin and Fier, among them well-known names in the criminal world.

In Korça, the Court of Appeal released the three suspects in the murder of Martin Çeço from prison, placing them under house arrest, while Martina Pajollari remains in prison.

Other criminal incidents include the arrest of a 52-year-old man in Fushë-Krujë with drugs worth 60 thousand euros and an 18-year-old in Tirana for vehicle theft by fraud.

Also, a 70-year-old woman lost her life in Korça in a fire in her apartment.
Abroad, an Albanian imam stands trial in Switzerland for fraud worth millions, while in Turkey another scandal erupts involving the mayor of Istanbul, Ekrem Imamoglu.
