Security expert, Fatjon Softa, has commented on the sexual scandal involving the former mayor of Kukës, Safet Gjici, where the latter was filmed having sex in his office.
Softa said that the footage that was released was not the original, but filmed by a mobile phone. The expert also stated that the relationship between the two protagonists, Gjici and the girl, should be investigated.
Furthermore, he said that the cameras of the Municipality of Kukës, whose server was seized today by order of SPAK, should be checked.
"The scandal has received extraordinary attention. The entire hacked video has become a meme. This video has been given a political color, corruption, waste or phenomenon that is happening in this country. As it was broadcast without filters, it proved to break all possible norms of morality. There could also be minimization of videos. It was transmitted from a mobile phone. A mobile film on a laptop and on a monitor, it is not original video. Original videos come via recordings. One way they come is the memory card, or a sim card that does the transmission.

Likewise, Softa said that he does not believe the version that Gjici or the lady in question are filming themselves.

Devices that have been intentional or inserted by others must be seen by the municipality's cameras. These cameras keep a memory of about 30 days, in the municipality of Kukës.
