New facts and data emerge from the scandal in the municipality of Kukes, which has been in the wave of public opinion attacks for several days after the publication of the sexual video of Safet Gjic performing sexual intercourse in the office.
It is learned that Alma K., the girl who filmed the intimate moments with the former mayor of Kukës Safet Gjici, is expected to be defended by the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime and to return to the main witness of the criminal process that has started in SPAK.
The Special Prosecutor's Office has registered the file for two criminal offenses such as "Abuse of duty" and "Passive corruption of a public official" in exchange for sexual benefits, while according to "Ora News", her passport has been blocked, imposing a measure of temporary exit abroad.
Also, the investigative group that is following the file has also blocked her phone, in order to examine Alma K.'s conversations on social networks and various applications that she may have developed with third parties for this matter. In addition to taking the footage of the security cameras in the Municipality, the agents of the National Bureau of Investigation have interrogated several employees of the Kukes municipality, who have confirmed the presence of Alma K., in the premises of the municipality, precisely on June 6, 2023.
At the same time, it turns out that the deputy mayor of Kukës, Granit Gjana, who is the third character of the video scandal, and the person who contacts Alma K., managing the documentation of the plan-project for the sterilization of dogs, were also questioned. of the road. According to the data provided so far, Gjana has accepted that according to the instructions given by the mayor, Safet Gjici, he has accepted the documentation of Alma K., for the construction plan of the sterilization and castration center for street dogs. But he emphasized that the plan remained only on paper, since such a service had not yet been discussed in the municipal council.
Also, Astrit Cengu, the latter member of the Kukas Municipal Council, is also expected to be interrogated. This is because on the day of Gjic's swearing in, in his second term as head of Kuka Municipality, between him and Ceng there was a verbal clash and even threats to publish compromising materials, all discussed in front of other members of the Municipal Council .
According to the witnesses, Safet Gjici reminded Astri Cengu that he has a voluminous file at his disposal and that he could use it against him in any case. On the other hand, Astrit Cengu reminded Gjici that he had nothing to do with him since he was at the head of the municipality for 4 days, since a compromising video with sexual content would be released to the public. Which shows that he was aware of the video-filming. Therefore, the investigation has also ended.
