In the Fier region, 552 out of 587 ballot boxes were counted, regarding preferential votes.

In this district, there is only competition on the open list from the Socialist Party, as the Democrats have not managed to obtain even the fifth mandate on the closed list.

The SP will receive seven MPs from the open list, in addition to the five from the closed list. The open list is led by Klevis Jahaj, followed by Asfloral Haxhiu and Ceno Klosi.

Current MP Nusret Avdulla was left out of the winning list.
