Lawyer Spartak Ngjela says that the state is obliged to maximally guarantee the existence of every prisoner.
"The fact that it happened is very serious. How will these people take responsibility for their work, but they have neither consciousness nor respect for the state. These have stolen the state, what do you expect from them, but this is what I am saying is the norm for penitentiary police. So the state took you under protection and killed you. How did the gun get into the prison? Can the gun be brought into the prison if the prison has control? We may be in corruption, he paid the policeman and inserted the gun. We cannot exclude corruption from every state segment in Albania, at a time when we know that it has been a universal phenomenon. How was the gun inserted? They don't explain it, the fact that the weapon was inserted shows that one hundred percent was paid there," he said.
