The Court of Appeal has left in prison the two perpetrators of the murder of Grei Bihuci in the center of Fier, Florjan and Klajdi Muka.
The defense of the two young people appealed the decision of the Court of First Instance of the Fier General Jurisdiction, requesting the replacement of the security measure "arrest in prison" in "Putting the minor under supervision". But, at the end of the investigation, the Court of Appeal has upheld the decision of the Court of Fier.
The serious event happened a month ago in the center of the city of Fier, as after a conflict for weak motives, Florian Muka stabbed 19-year-old Grei Bihuci and his 20-year-old friend Olti Serjanaj. As a result of his injuries, 19-year-old Grei Bihuci died.
According to the investigation file, it is learned that the fight started in December of last year over a knife between several people. The fight lasted until the day of the event when both parties involved in the conflict met to clarify and reconcile, but at the time of the meeting they were involved in the conflict again, going as far as using the knife that Florian Muka had.
According to the investigation file, the victim was not involved in the previous conflicts, but was present on the day of the event, where he also remained a victim.
