Natasha Rombula and her son Armando Kumaraku, who were recently arrested after exploiting the latter's son by posting him on social networks where he insulted him and used derogatory language, remain in prison.
After the Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Court of First Instance of the Berat Jurisdiction, for 67-year-old Natasha Rombula, her lawyers requested the Court of First Instance of the Berat Jurisdiction to re-evaluate the measure.
According to the lawyers, Nata e Tik-Tok had to be released because of her age and because she herself has declared that she has to take care of her sick sister.
Despite the claims of the lawyers, judge Ardiola Çela has once again upheld the prosecution's request, evaluating her arrest as "legal" and upholding the security measure of "arrest in prison".
Natasha Rombula was arrested together with her son Armando Kumaraku and both are accused of committing the criminal offense "Mistreatment of a minor", committed in cooperation.
Their arrest came after Kumarak's ex-wife denounced several videos shared on the Tik Tok social network, where the grandmother and son are seen teaching their 10-year-old grandson to curse with banal words, in order to gain monetary value.
