After the departure of Ardian Çela from OSHEE, as his mandate ended, a new leader was appointed.

Enea Karakaçi will lead the electricity distribution group in the country. He was a lawyer at the Energy Regulatory Authority (ERE) in 2012.

In 2013, he was transferred from ERE to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.

Initially, he was a specialist in the Ministry and in recent years he was appointed director of the electricity sector in the Ministry.

Recently, he was a member of the Supervisory Council of OSHEE group.
