The Central Election Commission announced this morning that the evaluation of votes for candidates on the open list in the country's 12 districts has been completed.
According to the CEC, 93 Zonal Electoral Administration Commissions (ZECAZs) counted and evaluated ballots for 5,225 polling centers.
A day earlier, the Chief State Election Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, called on political parties to urge the counters and commissioners in the CEAZs to complete the vote counting process within the legal deadline, which was midnight.
According to Celibashi, there was no reason for this process not to be concluded within this deadline.
