Although she earns her salary as a doctor at the Oncology Clinic, Ms. Pera owns several apartments, land, a private clinic and an analysis laboratory.
The verifications show that Alketa Ymeri Pere bought an apartment in 2022, with an area of 78 m2, in the Ali Demi area in Tirana.

Three other assets, land and building, are in the name of Aleks Ymeri, who is co-owner with Alketa Ymeri Pere in other real estates.
Alekta Pere is also the owner of a private oncology clinic on the second floor of the Egnatia building, on Ali Shefqeti street, municipal unit no. 2. So, the doctor, who was exposed to surveillance, has a private clinic and works in the public sector at Oncology.
Alketa Pere, who was worried about her image in the media, in June 2020, also opened a private laboratory in Babrru.
It is up to the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana to investigate the source of the money of the doctor Alkete Pere for the money invested in apartments, private clinics and laboratory analysis./ Prapaskena
