The former Minister of Education, Lindita Nikolla, for 3 years the Speaker of the Assembly, instead of being in prison since 2018, when KLSH discovered the disappearance of 110 million Euros of schools, textbooks, digitalization, scientific research, transport of teachers and student.
Due to this "horror", which is continuing the thefts even in the Assembly, SPAK has not started an investigation for the 2 villas on the outskirts of Tirana, for the 4 apartments and for 1 suite in Dhërmi; at least, as an obligation to compare the salary income with the value of these assets that have been revealed to him so far.
SPAK is not handcuffing former minister Olta Xhaçka, although 10,000 m2 of stolen land in Dhërmi for the resort has been proven to her and Jorgo Goro has been arrested; but also the stolen land in Leskovik for vineyards, resort and brewery; as well as the affair with the concession of the Military Sea Port of Limion in Saranda, where he donated 57 hectares of land and facilities to the mobster Artan Dulaku.

But instead of the master thief Artan Lame being arrested the day he was called to SPAK, he was set free to erase the traces of property crimes and enjoy the stolen assets, among them the 3 million Euro resort complex "AHC- Mirela" that is being built on the territory of the Guard of the Republic.
SPAK is releasing the minister Ogerta Manastirliu, proven by evidence for the 130 million Euro surgical equipment and laboratory affair; for the theft of 32 million Euros of medicine when you were the Director of QSUT and for corruption worth 610 million Euros in tenders.
SPAK is releasing ministers Mirela Kumbaro and Anila Denaj, two monsters of theft in the Ministry of Culture, Environment and Agriculture as well as in the Health Insurance Fund.
But also Gelardina Prodanin, for 11 years General Secretary at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, at the Ministry of Health with Beqje Manastirliu, and now at the Ministry of Defense with Niko Pelesh, where she has committed and is committing theft.
SPAK is not even handcuffing Frida Krifca, the former Minister of Agriculture and the former Director of AZHBR, for whom there is already an official investigation by the European anti-fraud office.
