The Trauma Hospital has turned into a nursery of abuse and scandals. For years, this hospital has been run by Edlira Bode, but KLSH has contacted that the abuses in this hospital are endless and for this reason has requested her dismissal. "Pamphlet" a few days ago showed how Trauma was missing refrigerators for corpses, how medicines were abused and how Edlira Bode performed magic. Today we are showing how it is stolen through tenders, but not only.
The biggest theft was done with medicines. KLSH has found that a large amount of medications were without the red seal with the inscription "for hospital use, sale is prohibited". This means that drugs may have been traded.
From the audit of the Procurement procedure with the object "Supply of drugs for the needs of SUT, divided into 19 lots", it results that, in the list of drugs for hospital use approved by the Ministry of Health for 2022, the drug with active principle Nadroparine Calcium with the form dose 5700 IU Axa/0.6ml is a registered drug and part of this list.
The FF company has presented an offer for the drug with the active principle Nadroparine Calcium in dosage form 5700 IU Axa/0.6ml per unit (one pre-prepared syringe) in the amount of 455 ALL without VAT.
The members of the procurement unit of CA, SUT., have determined the limit fund for the commercial drug Fraxiparine, from the market study, not taking into account the price determined by the KCB in the MSHMS as the only legal commission for determining the prices of drugs on the list of drugs for hospital use.

KVO has disqualified the E CP company for not presenting the complete samples. 1. KVO EO L., part of BOE does not fulfill the criteria for qualification and under these conditions the BOE should have qualified, and since the offer of another qualified EO is regular but economically less profitable, KVO has acted favoring BOE even though under the conditions of disqualification, the value of Lek 353,521,600 constitutes procurement of public funds without economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
There were also abuses with the car service. The audit group found that unjustified service charges were made, since the vehicle with license plate 619 013, according to the trip sheet, did not move for the entire year 2021. So, the value that was liquidated in the expenditure order no. 122, dated 09.08.2021 in the amount of ALL 116,400 constitutes economic damage.
Also, KLSH has discovered that the prostheses used for cripples are not kept in inventory and in warehouses, but were kept by the head nurse in her office. In the meantime, the absurdity is that despite the request of KLSH, there is no move by the government to dismiss Edlira Bode. / Pamphlet
