10 days ago, the new Mayor of Librazhd, Mariglen Disha, dismissed the Deputy Mayor Andri Çota from office, based on criminal evidence for abuse of office with building permits, licenses, the 6% social fund, the school scholarship fund, taxes and properties. and for major financial abuses, as Administrator of the "Sopoti" Football Club.
One of the proofs is the fact that Andri Çota, treating the "Sopoti" team and the funds provided by the Municipality as private property; for 8 years in this position, he has not collected a penny from the income, he has even extorted money from the tickets to watch the matches, which is 1000 old lek.
For 5 football seasons, the administrator Andri Çota, although he has fully and regularly received the funds from the Municipality and the income from tickets and other activities with rental contracts, has abused the salaries of 17 football players of the "Sopoti" team.
His adventure with the salaries of the footballers has reached such a disgrace and filth that on May 30, 2023, after he had received 25 million lek of funds, he drew a lot with punched paper to give 1 month's salary to only 5 footballers. where the winners of the draw were Mateus Levendi, Ardian Kaloshi, Denis Mici, Antonio Ranxha and assistant coach Shkëlqim Hajdari.
In 8 years as the administrator of the "Sopoti" Football Club, Andri Çota received 810 million ALL from the Municipality of Librazhd, but the players were left without salaries and were lured only with alms diets when they played matches, while in the municipality he drew up reports as if made operating expenses, but without detailing them with items, while the football players don't even have... T-shirts and panties.
Even the 10 million lek for expenses of July-August 2023, and the 5 million lek for the salaries of June 2023 that the new mayor of Librazhd, Mariglen Disha, has given, the fraudster and thief Andri Çota has disappeared with fake documents, it is even said that invested in his new villa.

Por mashtrimet dhe falsifikimet e Andri Çotës, janë rekord dhe me diplomat false, që ka përdorur për t’u emëruar drejtor në Hipotekën e Librazhdit më 17 shkurt 2014, me urdhër të ish ministrit Edmond Haxhiansto, ngaqë iu bashkua LSI dhe bleu vota për të.
Atëherë, në moshën 28 vjeçare e vetëm me shkollë te mesme, Andri Çota paraqiti një diplomë false të marrë në universitetin privat “Polis”, por pas zbulimit deklaroi se është student në Universitetin Politeknik të Tiranës, deri sa u detyrua të largohej nga frika ndjekjes penale.
Ndërsa më 11 korrik 2017, dy vite pas emërimit drejtues në Bashkinë Librazhd dhe administrator i Klub-Futboll “Sopoti”, Andri Çota hapi një profil fals në Facebook me emrin “Universiteti Polis”, sikur ky universitetet publikonte se studenti Andri Çota në “Msc Menaxhim Mjedisor-Urban”, ka përgatitur temën e diplomës: “Skenarët alternativë të menaxhimit të mbetjeve të ngurta urbane në Bashkinë Librazhd”.
