Albania continues to be a land of wonders. Those accused of corruption and who are in prison are running for parliament. Meanwhile, those suspected of corrupting those in power continue their activities normally, without getting into trouble.
One of them is Fatmir Bektashi, the controversial businessman who knew how to play all the stones. When Berisha was in power, he kept good relations with him, sharing company shares with Jamarbër Malltez. Thanks to this alliance, Fatmir Bektashi built dozens of mansions on the land of the former "Partizani" complex.
But after Berisha left and Rama came, Bektashi seems to have become even stronger. In recent years, he and his company "Kontakt" have received endless building permits, concreted not only Tirana, but also Pogradec, Dajti and Farka.
Fatmir Bektashi is currently facing two cases at SPAK. He is accused of active corruption and money laundering in the "Partizani" complex case, as well as in the Erion Veliaj case.
In the first, the file has gone to trial and he is the defendant; Veliaj was informed of the charges a few days ago. But while SPAK was closing the file against him, Fatmir prepared the next project. This time he has targeted Farka for concreting.
Malltez's partner has planned to build a complex of buildings near Lake Farka. It is about 9-10 long buildings, which, according to commentators on the social networks of the company "Kontakt", resemble the prisons of "Auschwitz". But beyond this, the problem lies in the fact that how is it possible that Fatmir Bektashi receives endless leave even though he is accused of abusing these permits?
Months ago we denounced Drilon. Even though he had just applied for a permit, Bektashi started selling apartments in the air. Apparently, he was sure of getting the permit. Now it seems he is doing the same thing. The land has been fenced and is ready to start construction, although we have not yet seen a permit from the Territorial Council. But these are technicalities, since Bablok has given the green light.
We can simply say that the Rama-Berisha bargain continues. The groom, even though he is in custody and has gone to trial, continues to make millions thanks to his partner Bektashi. Everyone knows that behind the latter is Malltezi, and Rama certainly knows this too.
As a reminder, Bektashi has received permission for a palace in the former Partizani complex, in Ali Dem he has built 3 complexes (Mangalem, Kaimi and Kadiu), in Farka he has built villas, in Dajt as well. The last one was Driloni. But now it seems that Lake Farka will also be plundered. /Pamphlet
