Part of the board are Marvin Naçi, who is the son of the uncle of the sheikh imam, and Florian Brinja, who is the son of Naçi's aunt.

Në 12 gusht të vitit 2020, Fondacioni Firdeus, përfaqësuar nga Elvis Naçi dhe Ministria e Shtetit për Rindërtim nga Arben Ahmetaj, nënshkruan marrëveshjen e bashkëpunimit për ndërtimin e 168 banesave për të pastrehët në Thumanë.
“9 milionë e 50 mijë euro donacione nga shqiptarët për shqiptarët, do të shkojnë për rindërtimin e 168 banesave individuale në Thumanë, e në varësi të nevojës, edhe në njësi të tjera brenda zonës së dëmtuar nga tërmeti i 26 nëntorit“, thuhej në njoftimin zyrtar.
Nga të dhënat që ka siguruar Prapaskena, 160 shtëpi të ndërtuara nga Naçi dhe Ahmetaj me paratë e mbledhura nga Fondacioni Firdeus, përfshijnë në total rreth 13 mijë m2 ndërtim.
Një banesë është mesatarisht 80 m2. Qeveria hoqi TVSH dhe të gjitha taksat, duke ulur në maksimum koston e ndërtimit. Kostoja e ndërtimit nuk kalon më shumë se sa 300 euro metri katror.
Kujtojmë që në periferi të Tiranës, fondacione të tjera kanë ndërtuar shtëpi me kosto edhe 215 euro m2. Rreth 13 mijë m2 ndërtim, pra 168 banesa, kushtojnë 3.8 milionë euro. Fondacioni Firdeus ka deklaruat mbi 9 milionë euro donacione, plus 500 mijë euro që ia ka dhënë JOQ. Pra në total 9.5 milionë euro?
Ku shkuan 5.7 milionë euro?
5.7 milionë euro kanë avulluar në fondacionin e errët dhe familjar të Elvis Naçit. Nuk dihet nëse në këtë operacion hajnie ka marrë pjesë edhe Arben Ahmetaj (Tigri), stari i korrupsionit në nivelet e larta, i cili shfaqej kudo ku kishte para, sot në kërkim ndërkombëtar për korrupsion dhe pastrim parash.
Pastrim parash me spitalin?
Në nëntor 2019, fondacioni bamirës “Firdeus” i drejtuar nga hoxha popullor Elvis Naçi, tërhoqi vëmendjen mediatike kur u zbulua se pati blerë 100% të aksioneve të një spitali privat të vogël me emrin Continental për një shumë prej 350 mijë eurosh. Hoxha që grumbullon donacione në ndihmë të të varfërve, u ekspozua në këtë rast për fuqinë financiare të fondacionit Firdeus.
Naçi u mbrojt duke argumentuar se spitali do të shërbejë, mes të tjerash për të ofruar shërbim shëndetësor për njerëzit e varfër. Por ajo që nuk u vu re në atë kohë ishte gjendja financiare e kompanisë që u ble për këtë shumë.
Spitali Continental në fakt rezulton një sipërmarrje me humbje të vazhdueshme financiare, sipas të dhënave të kompanisë të publikuara në Qendrën Kombëtare të Biznesit. Befas, pas blerjes nga Naçi humbjet nisën të thelloheshin dhe xhiroja të rritej. Sa më shumë rritet xhiroja vjetore, aq më thumë thellohet humbja.
Në tetor të vitit 2021, Naçi i shiti Spitalin ‘Continental’ Kryegjyshatës Botërore Bektashiane për një shumë prej 850 mijë euro.
