As at the end of last year, Prime Minister Edi Rama could not end this year without giving a big financial check to Fidel Ylli, his friend, realtor and partner of Olsi Rama in gambling and tower businesses.
At the government meeting on December 6, 2023, Babloku decided that through the Albanian National Olympic Committee, Fidel Ylli will be given 3.5 million Euros from public taxes, removed from the funds that the government has allocated for heating students in schools.
This check, with the same value as the New Year's bonus for 70,000 pensioners, was presented by Bablok to Fidel Ylli, under the guise of the alleged financing, which the government is doing for school sports team uniforms for the activities of 2023, when after 3 weeks the year 2024 begins.
In order to carry out this theft scheme with Fidel Ylli, the "star" of the world of corruption, Prime Minister Edi Rama ordered the Minister of Education, Ogerta Manastirliu, to make a formal request-proposal to change the government's decision of 27 December 2022.
With that decision before 1 year, Fidel Ylli received 2.5 million Euros, while with the change made on December 6, 2023, the total value became 6 million Euros, adding 3.5 million Euros for allegedly purchasing team sports uniforms school.
In the amended decision of 3 days ago, the condition is defined that the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance will give these additional 3.5 million Euros to the Albanian National Olympic Committee within the month of February 2024.
But according to the information received in "Pamphlet", Fidel Ylli has asked the Minister of Education, Ogerta Manastirliu, that the entire fund be given to him before the end of the year.
Minister Ogerta Manastirliu, one day after taking the government's decision, on December 7, 2023, addressed with Letter No. "Extra" to the Minister of Finance, Ervin Mete, that the 3.5 million Euro fund for the Albanian Olympic Committee, that is, for Fidel Ylli, be given before the New Year.
Without any doubt, that just like the government's decision, every action within 24 hours was done by order of Bablok, who seems to have the biggest appetite in this bazaar.
As for the tender letters to justify the extortion of these 3.5 million Euros, Fidel Ylli knows how to "sew" them, just as they are needed by the Finance Directorate of the Albanian Olympic Committee and the Finance and Audit Directorate of the Ministry of Education./ Pamphlet
