The private company "Mektrin Motors Sh.pk", owned by the family of the mayor of Durrës, Emiriana Sako, continues to receive millions of euros from the government, through tenders predetermined by state institutions and entities.
Two days before the New Year, in the Procurement Bulletin dated December 29, 2025, the Centralized Purchasing Operator has published the development of a tender with the object: "Purchase of ambulances with systems, equipment and devices for the service of the National Emergency Medical Center", with a contract value of 1 billion and 542 million lek including VAT.
This tender, to the company of the "beyler" of Durrës, Emiriana Sako, was awarded by the Director of the Centralized Purchasing Operator, Arlinda Pogaj, known in the government and in the Socialist Party as a favorite friend of Minister Blendi Gonxhe.
As director of Albania's tender authority, Arlinda Pogaj reports to the Minister of Economy, Delina Ibrahimaj, but she participated in the year-end Gala Evening with sexy dancers, which Blendi Gonxhe organized with the staff of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sports, where she also showed off her "skills" in dancing.
On this evening, "ballerina" Arlinda Pogaj was a personal guest of Minister Blendi Gonxhe, who took her with him as tender director at the Municipality of Tirana, at the Directorate of Parks, at the Directorate of Road Transport, at the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation, as well as on every picnic, resort or trip inside and outside Albania./ Pamphlet

Blendi Gonxhja eshte Kryeministri i ardhshem! I bukur, i paster, i afte, i sinqerte. Shkurt, ose Rama duhet ta emeroje zv/kryeminister dhe minister te transportit dhe infrastruktures (pasion i jetes se Gonxhes) ose me mire te jape dorreheqjen dhe Baromi te ngarkoje Blendin per berjen e kabinetit te ri!
Nuk e di a ben ironi apo e ke vleresim real, por me hajdut qe nga 1912 e ketej nuk ka pare ndonjehere Shqiperia. Tarifa mujore te patentat e kishte 400 -500 mije euro ne muaj. I pangopshem deri ne absurd. Tek MEKI , tarifa me e vogel e sherbimit, 300 mije euro. Ky ka milarda. Bejini nje veting me standart amerikan Follow the Money dhe do te gjeni thesare te ky individ qe ia conte Bimbashit me kuti kepucesh 20 perqind shin gjobes ndertimit. Fatkeqesi qe ky individ shitet si simbol i ndershmerise. E gjitha shpura e tij e korruptuar, eshte bere si trupe shetitese qe i merr pas kudo qe shkon ky Mamuth.

Nuk e kuptoj por ne shqiperi Euro eshte ber prosituta me e madhe ne Shqiperi. Ska ngelur njeri pa e mare ,,,???? dhe me e keqa eshte se kembimi saj ka shkuar ne fund dhe ajo prap eshte e pelqyera nga shqipetaret. E then ndryshe po i qine ropt euros ....
Do ta ahikosh sa do kembehet euro nga shkurti e ne vazhdim, pasyaj do kuptosh a vërtetë po ja qijn robt euro...?!?!?
