Sources within the Ministry of Finance say that Fidel Ylli has requested the urgent allocation of an additional 1 million Euros to KOKSH's foreign currency account from the Albanian government.
According to the phone call that Fidel made on Thursday from Paris, he justifies the additional 1 million Euro check with "unforeseen expenses", for the treatment of the athletes, the stay of their technical staff and the accompanying team of the Albanian Olympic Committee.
The Ministry of Finance has refused to send the requested amount, because it cannot allocate and transfer to the payments of the State Treasury, not a single penny without a government decision; but even if there will be a government decision, no payments can be made without a preliminary declaration of expenses.
Fidel Ylli first made the same request to the Ministry of Education and Sports, as the department that finances the Albanian Olympic Committee; but it was rejected by her, after all the funds for 2024 were given, plus 5 million Euros for the preparations and participation in the "Paris 2024" Olympic Games.
In addition to the funds for Olympic preparations given by the government, Fidel Ylli received an additional 800,000 Euros for thermoses, hats, belts, glasses, sneakers, sports suits, medallions, watches, notebooks, pens, leaflets, staff jackets official technician with the "Team Albania" logo.
Even for the production of the Olympic magazine "Team Albania" in three languages, which can be opened and read with a barcode via mobile phone; but Fidel, with the mindset that he is a friend, client and realtor of Prime Minister Edi Rama in many markets and does not reject any minister, has requested an additional 1 million Euros on top of the funds given to him for representation in the Olympic Games.
Fidel Ylli did not give a concrete answer to the question from the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance, what are these unforeseen expenses during the Olympic Games in Paris; while the organizers of "Paris-2024" have not declared an increase in the costs of expenses.
Or this request is the theft of 1 million Euros with fake papers; or as it is said, Fidel Ylli has taken many people beyond the number determined by the International Olympic Committee for Albania in the accompanying staff of the Olympic Committee and the athletes' staff.
The friends, comrades, family members of politicians and government officials and the beautiful women that Fidel has taken in Paris; not paid by the International Olympic Committee; but not even Fidel Ylli, will pay them out of his own pocket, that's why he thought of asking for an additional 1 million Euros from the government.
Even, the Albanian Olympic Committee has been given funds for the participation of the national football team in "Paris-2024", but Fideli did not include it in the list of participants, because there were conflicts with the leaders of the AFL.
While the coaches of the participating athletes declared that they have covered the preparatory training phases for the Olympic Games with their own expenses and with donors, while Fideli of KOKSH has not given them a single penny of funding.
