In the parliamentary investigative commission on the "Check-up" affair, SP deputies achieved the goal of not presenting Vilma Nushi for clarification, saying that she was outside Albania for medical treatment, at a time when she was shopping for land for construction in Tirana.
On July 31, 2024, Vilma Nushi received 4 plots of land with a total area of 15 thousand 100 m2 in the Katundi i Ri-Kashar area, from two sisters, Greek citizens, Niki Gleoudi and Dorothea Gleoudi, residing in Thessaloniki.
According to the deed-agreement between them, in exchange for the value of the land, Vilma Nushi gave two Greek sisters 50% shares of the company "Marketing & Distribution Sh.pk", with 25% each, making them partners.
The capital value of her company, Vilma Nushi has declared 1 million and 29 thousand Euros, when in fact, only machines, equipment, objects and bank accounts have 28 million Euros and when every year she earns 3-3.5 million Euros from tenders, as and 8 million Euro profit per year from Check-up.
Even for the land that she received by conversion of 50% shares from the two Greek sisters, Vilma Nushi through her expert friend, appraiser Elvira Serjanaj, valued it at 1 million and 29 thousand Euros, or 68 Euros/m2, when the price for 1 m2 in that area is 3 times more.
In the acts of the exchange file of 50% shares of the company "Marketing & Distribution Sh.pk" with 15 thousand and 100 m2 of land in the area of Kashari, it is found that the representative Besnik Nushi and the two Greek sisters Niki and Dorothea Gleoudi have not signed the act - the agreement, while notary Edlira Harizaj declares that they signed it in her presence.
According to the information, it turns out that on July 31, 2024, when the notarial agreement was signed until today, the two Greek sisters were not in Albania, and neither was Besnik Nushi.
While the notary has signed and sealed the agreement as legal, saying that they were present at her office and read it and agreed; but KKB also accepted the land exchange deed, as a capital increase of Vilma Nushi's company, without signature by the parties.
For the 4 plots with a total area of 15 thousand 100 m2, there is information that they were state property of the former Kashar municipality and were robbed with false documents.
But on July 31, 2024, they turned out to be the property of two Greek sisters, Niki and Dorothea Gleoudi, residing in Pylaia Municipality of Thessaloniki Prefecture, and now they became the property of Vilma Nushi, through her company "Marketing&Distribution Sh.pk".
