On the eve of the end of the year with auctions of tenders, beaches, building permits, plots, donations of land and forests to his friends and clients of power, the Mayor of Saranda, wealthy Oltion Çaçi, has thought of "making happy" some poor families on the occasion of the end-of-year holidays.
On December 19, Mayor Çaçi announced a small-value auction to purchase food, which he will divide into 250 bags and donate to 250 families in need, according to a list compiled by the SP Branch in Saranda.
Mayor Oltion Çaçi, owner of luxury hotels in Saranda, Ksamil, Vlora, Himara and Durrës, has declared this auction as "expenses for the end-of-year holiday activities organized by the Municipality of Saranda", when in fact it is about bags of food alms for 250 families.
In total, 500 kilograms of flour, sugar, rice and oil will be purchased; 250 kilograms of beans, 250 kilograms of pasta, as well as juices, kadaif, cookies and coffee.
Each bag will contain 2 kilograms of sugar, flour and rice, 1 kilogram of beans, 2 liters of oil, 2 cans of liquids of 1.5 liters each, 1 pack of 250 grams of biscuits, 1 pack of 600 grams of kadaif and 1 pack of 100 grams of coffee.
The auction will take place on December 22, while instead of the wealthy mayor Oltion Çaçi, the deputy mayor Florian Sali, owner of fuel stations and depots in Saranda and Ksamil, who also holds the monopoly zone license for supplying yachts, ferries and ships with fuel, has signed./ Pamphlet
