SPAK is investigating the 2019 tender worth about 1 million euros for the fight against mosquitoes. SPAK suspects that the money was divided between Flutura Nuredini, her friend, Silva Bino, and the 'dwarf of the tenders', Jonald Myzyri, head of the Public Procurement Commission, zar and former argat of Arbër Abazi.
Prapaskena learns that the tender was won by the company NGR, with co-owners Flutura Nuredini and Marco Genicco.
Nuredini received 38 abusive and clientelistic tenders from the Institute of Public Health, which was directed for a long time by Silva Bino.
We say that the tenders are abusive and corrupt, since some employees of ISHP work and are paid by the NGR company of Flutura Nuredini, behind which characters with dubious activity are hidden.
The finding was made by the High State Control.
This fact seriously implicates Silva Bino and Flutura Nuredini in the abuse of the money of the fight against mosquitoes.
Silva Bino is questioned
A few days ago, the head of the Department of Epidemiology at the Institute of Public Health, Silva Bino, was asked about this procurement procedure.
But in addition to the latter, SPAK also interrogated 4 other officials and former officials of ISHP, among them the head of the disinfection sector.

The investigation for this tender started after the report of one of the bidding companies at that time disqualified from the competition.
According to the sources, the suspicions are that the members of the bid evaluation committee for this procurement procedure have favored the winning company by qualifying it without meeting the established criteria.
The tender has been appealed to the Public Procurement Commission, where Jonald Myzyri, known as the dwarf of tenders, is.
Myzyri gave the right to Flutura Nuredini. But the most serious scandal consists in the fact that the mosquitoes were not fought, as the money was divided and pocketed./ Prapaskena
