Will SPAK act in the face of this crime of stealing national wealth worth billions of euros, disguised as a 45-year concession, or will it remain silent, as it is silent about the large-scale oil robbery by the Chinese mafia company "Bankers"?...

For 24 years, copper ore in Albania has been plundered by the Turkish-Chinese mafia disguised as the "BERALB-NESKO METAL" company, granted a 45-year concession until 2046.

The Copper concession was granted free of charge for 30 years to the Turkish mafia Orel Kohen on January 18, 2001, by Ilir Meta, then prime minister, but in February 2004, Fatos Nano blocked it, as pressure to take control of it brought him into conflict with the Turks.

In November 2005, the concession was unblocked by Sali Berisha, who had just come to power, while in December 2009, Deputy Prime Minister Ilir Meta removed all taxes from the copper concession and the 10% dividend that it had to give to the Albanian State, while during the SP government, the concession was extended for another 15 years.

The day Ilir Meta gave the copper concession to Turkish mafia boss Erol Kohen, in a contract with a false geological and economic report, 1.5 million tons of underground copper reserves were declared, with the aim of reporting as little as possible of the extracted mineral, in other words, to steal and deceive.

In fact, the available underground reserve was 60 million tons of copper rich in gold and silver and 15 thousand tons of mineral extracted above ground; which the Turkish mafia took for free and exported on his own account to Turkey and Bulgaria, while the ministry filed papers as if this amount of copper mineral did not exist.

In May 2014, the Turkish concession company "Berlab", again in bargaining with Ilir Meta, who was the Speaker of the Parliament, and with the approval of Prime Minister Edi Rama, sold 50% of the shares to the Chinese mafia company "Jiangxi Koper" for 30 thousand dollars, and from "Beralb Sh.A", it was registered as the owner under the name "NESKO METAL".

With the intervention of Ilir Meta, Speaker of the Parliament, in March 2017, the Turkish and Chinese mafiosi's copper concession was extended for another 15 years, extending the plunder of Albanian copper, with its significant gold and silver content, until 2046.

In the years 2001-2014, when the Turkish company "Berlab" had the copper concession, the balance sheets were made false with an alleged profit of 1-2 million lekë and the Albanian government accepted them as accurate.

Meanwhile, from 2014 until today, when Turkish and Chinese mafias have joined the copper concession partnership, the annual balance sheets have shown losses of 2 billion and 10 billion lek, respectively, and the Albanian government once again accepts them as accurate.

But despite declaring huge financial losses, the Turks and Chinese continue to extract and sell nearly 400,000 tons of copper ore rich in gold and silver every year, earning billions of Euros without paying a single cent to the Albanian state.

Because former Prime Ministers Meta and Berisha and Prime Minister Edi Rama, through their line ministers; in the PPP copper contract, have declared that the Turkish-Chinese company has the right to benefit from 100% of the revenues from the sale of copper ore, without having any financial obligation to the Albanian State until January 2046 when the concession period ends.
