According to the decriminalization law, after being appointed or elected to state positions, one must self-declare every piece of information about one's life and activities over the age of 18, but the "devil" MP-priest has not "confessed" the places he has been and the jobs he has done during the 7 years after completing higher education...
Deputy-priest Toni Gogu alias Oltion Gogu, as a missionary of God, in order to be trustworthy and acceptable to those to whom he preaches honesty and justice, must confess everything about his life.
But he has hidden part of his early life, as an adult after completing his higher education as a lawyer in Tirana, by not revealing which city or country he was in between the ages of 22-29.
First, he has violated morality as a missionary of God and second, he has violated the law of self-declaration, as an elected state official in the position of parliamentarian, voted for by those who have given him a personal vote of confidence and as a representative of the ruling party.
This MP has not implemented Law No. 138, dated December 17, 2015 "On guaranteeing the integrity of persons elected, appointed and exercising public functions", known as the decriminalization law, which is mandatory for MPs.
Referring to the form he submitted to the CEC as a candidate for deputy of the Socialist Party, Toni Jorgaq Gogu did not declare in which city and state he lived during the period August 1994-November 2001, after completing his higher education as a lawyer.
He stated that he started working in 2001 as chancellor of the Tirana Court, but did not reveal his activities after graduation, raising suspicions that during the 7 undeclared years of his youth, he may have committed activities and acts that are covered by the Criminal Code.
Concealing personal data, which the law requires to be declared, constitutes a criminal offense and is punishable, as several appointed and elected councilors, mayors, deputies, judges, prosecutors and other officials have been verified, investigated, tried, convicted and dismissed.
But the CEC, which has ascertained this violation of the law by Toni Gogu, did not request additional information from him either in 2019 when he was elected Member and Chairman of the Tirana Municipal Council, or in 2021 when he ran for and was elected as a deputy.
The CEC Chairman, Ilirjan Celibashi, is remaining silent even now that Toni Gogu is a candidate for MP, not submitting his name to the Decriminalization Directorate at the General Prosecutor's Office to investigate where he has lived and what activities he has been involved in during the 7 undeclared years.
Information received by "Pamphlet" states that during these years, MP Toni Gogu has lived in Greece, where he received the religious title of Deacon, which is the lowest ecclesiastical rank, serving as an assistant to the priest.
Deacon Toni Gogu has moved to several churches in Greece because he has been accused of "sin" with minors; while in Albania he returned as a self-proclaimed Pastor.
There are rumors that during his stay in Greece, Toni Godo also dealt with the black market in church paintings and icons, as well as with clandestine trafficking, through Greek visas and documents under the guise of church mercy and kindness, even in Berat where he served as a priest and changed his name from Oltion to Toni.
We hope that these are not true, but to clarify this, the Chairman of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, should send his file to the Decriminalization Directorate at the General Prosecutor's Office, to investigate the activity during the period August 1994-November 2001, as he did with the files of 16 other candidates for deputies./ Pamphlet
