Road construction, a scam. Chief inspector Arnold Rrokaj was used
After the commitment of the police and the Vlora Municipality to forcibly evict Mrs. Tatjana Hoxha from her apartment, to demolish her house, allegedly to build a road, the construction and money laundering mafia is hiding in Vlora. The alleged construction of a road in Skëla and the demolition of the apartment camouflages a corrupt and criminal plan, to build a 13-story building, with suspicious money, among other buildings, robbing and destroying the property of others.
This is the plan of the builder Fatmir Hanxhari, to build the palace exactly on the land where the municipality demolished the house of Tatjana Hoxha and other residents, allegedly to build a road.
