Justice powerless in the face of the controversial businessman, Bektashi continues to obtain building permits...
Albania continues to be a land of wonders. Those accused of corruption and who are in prison are running for parliament. Meanwhile, those suspected of corrupting those in power continue their activities normally, without getting into trouble.
One of them is Fatmir Bektashi, the controversial businessman who knew how to play all the stones. When Berisha was in power, he kept good relations with him, sharing company shares with Jamarbër Malltez. Thanks to this alliance, Fatmir Bektashi built dozens of mansions on the land of the former "Partizani" complex.
But after Berisha left and Rama came, Bektashi seems to have become even stronger. In recent years, he and his company "Kontakt" have received endless building permits, concreted not only Tirana, but also Pogradec, Dajti and Farka.
Fatmir Bektashi is currently facing two cases at SPAK. He is accused of active corruption and money laundering in the "Partizani" complex case, as well as in the Erion Veliaj case.
In the first case, the file has been closed and has gone to trial, where the court's decision is awaited. In the second case, investigations continue. Also in the case of the "Partizani" complex, the company "Kontakt" itself has been indicted, accused of money laundering.
But even though the files are a mountain at SPAK, Bektashi has opened several construction sites and continues to work rapidly.
At the Mangalem 21 Complex in "Ali Dem", intensive work has been underway for many months and 7-8 buildings have been built and work continues. Earlier, work was also completed at the "Kaimi" residence, just above.
Work is also continuing in Farka. Over 50 villas have been built there in what is called the "Aba" complex.
Bektashi has also spread its tentacles to Dajt, where it has built the "Oxa" residence, where 8-9 buildings are planned.
Meanwhile, the massacre will be in Pogradec. Bektashi has received a building permit to build buildings in the area between Drilon and Tushemisht. Work has not started, but "Kontakt" has started selling apartments in the open.
All this raises the question: How is it possible that a man with two very voluminous files in SPAK, accused of corruption and money laundering, receives so many building permits? In Tirana alone, Bektashi has built in 10 areas. But we should not be surprised, we live in Albania. /Pamphlet
