In the Assembly, the Presidency, the Prime Minister, in every ministry, central directorate, municipality, prefecture, state company, police and justice institutions, the administrations are created on narrow nepotistic networks, therefore there is disregard and injustice towards citizens and massive corruption.
For example, not only in the Ministry of Economy-Finance, but also in her position as Minister of Agriculture, Anila Denaj has started to create a cabinet and central administration with family members of rulers, as an exchange of money and security to hide abuses.
Minister Anila Denaj has appointed Solora Llatjan, wife of the Mayor of Elbasan, Gledian Llatja, as Cabinet Director and Advisor for European Agricultural and Livestock Development Policies and Projects in Albania.
There is no information, whether the appointed cabinet director and advisor has a higher education or not; and if there is, on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, it is not stated for which profile he graduated.
The only thing that is known is this: the wife of the mayor of Elbasan, Gledian Llatja, worked for a few months as a secretary to the prime minister and for a short time as an advisor to the Minister of Education Evis Kushi, on issues of scientific integration of students.
While now, in order to find him a job in the government, with comfort and a high salary, Minister Anila Denaj has appointed him as Cabinet Director and Advisor for European Agricultural and Livestock Development Policies and Projects in Albania.
It can be said that this was also selected by competition, but it is not a coincidence that for every job in the government administration, the "winners" are family members of the rulers and those related to them, who are enough to have a university card and fictitious certificates received from each other's NGOs.
Even the case of the wife of the mayor of Elbasan shows that "Renaissance" at every level is power with husbands, children, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers, sisters, grandsons, granddaughters, children, friends and lovers who steal from each other together.
