Houses, villas, and the nickname "OST"
Joana Nano and Skerdi Drenova live together in a luxury apartment in the Paris Municipality area, which, according to the complaint, appears in the name of her retired parents, but in fact serves as a point of collection and administration of suspected corruption proceeds.

She is currently introduced as a "Coordinator" to the director, but in reality she controls every process within UKT: from appointments, to contracts with economic operators and meetings of the director's office. An institutionalized sexism.
According to the information provided, Joana was Drenova's right-hand woman at the OST, where for five years she helped distribute tenders, collect "percentages" and launder money through investments in property and personal luxuries. In this scheme, her position as assistant was simply a cover.
The whistleblower goes further, emphasizing that Joana, in addition to her official and informal function, is also Drenova's partner and through this report is used as an "ATM" and filter for every decision-making in the institution.
If this employee's public call is proven, then a thorough criminal, financial, and administrative investigation is required against:
Skerdi Drenova – for abuse of office, active corruption, money laundering and creation of a clientelistic structure.
Joana Nanos – for money laundering, embezzlement of public functions, unlawful influence and involvement in corrupt activities.
This is a pure scheme to seize a state institution for personal interests and that of a mafia couple, which in any serious country in the world would end with criminal charges and asset seizure.
