He did the same thing in the two years he was Speaker of the Assembly, dismissing 68 employees, who he replaced with patronage and family members of the authorities, but they won the trials for return to work and receiving salaries until they are reinstated...

On Monday, 9 executive offices requested the sequestration of the bank accounts of the Ministry of Education, because the minister Ogerta Manastirliu blocked the payments to the unjustly dismissed employees, who receive their salaries with final court decisions.

They are education workers who, by order of the former Minister of Education, Lindita Nkiolla, left their jobs without any legal violation, but only because patronage and family members of SP politicians and their friends were hired in their place.

Since 2014, based on court decisions, 317 employees have been paid regularly, receiving monthly salaries according to the positions they had in the ministry, in the agencies and central directorates and in the regional directorates of education.

The value of their compensation is from ALL 33 million to ALL 65 million for the time of dismissal; and with the obligation to return to the workplace, accompanied by the judicial clause, that if the Ministry of Education does not return them to work, they will continue to be paid.

However, Lindita Nikolla until December 2018 and the 3 ministers Besa Shahini, Evis Kushi and Ogerta Manastirliu, whom Babloku appointed after Nikolla, have not refused to return them to work, in order not to remove the patronages they have hired in their place.

Here are some dismissed since October 2013, who receive their salaries by court decisions:
