Less than 2 months after the former mayor of Lushnja, Fatos Tushe, finished his second sentence of 1 year in prison and was released, SPAK called him under investigation again, for the charge of not declaring an asset.
Although it has been proven that the former Mayor of Lushnja, Fatos Tushe, has been arrested and convicted twice by order of Edi Rama, SPAK, which has implemented these orders, is intensifying the violence with the continuation of Bablok's vengeful intent against Fatos Tushe.
In order to appoint his "puppet" Eriselda Sefa as president, Prime Minister Edi Rama, through Arben Kraja, made a "sacrifice" to Fatos Tushen, arresting him for a 24 million Lek tender, where he had verbally signed the documents submitted by the vice president of the current president Eriselda Sefa.
The first time, Fatos Tushe was arrested in the office on July 6, 2021, on the charge of "Abuse of duty" in a tender, a charge for which he was sentenced to 2.4 years in prison, while the former vice-president and current president Eriselda Sefa, the legal director and the chairman of the tender committee was not affected.
Within 1 hour after the arrest, Prime Minister Edi Rama signed the decision for the dismissal of the mayor Fatos Tushe, while the law on local government clearly defines that the mayor is dismissed when he commits a criminal offense proven by a court decision.
One day after the arrest, Edi Rama said: - SPAK should investigate every file in that municipality and punish the arrested mayor in an exemplary manner, because this is my and the SP's position (goal).
But Prime Minister Edi Rama has had a personal revenge attack, the arrest and punishment of the mayor of Lushnja, Fatos Tushe, which proves this fact:
- On January 26, 2023, Fatos Tushe finished his sentence of 2.4 years in prison for "Abuse of duty" and was released, but on March 2, 2023, SPAJ arrested him again, while by the Court's decision, he was sentenced to 1 year in prison for "Inequality in tenders" , for the same criminal fact that was sentenced to 2.4 years in prison.
However, Bablok's revenge against Fatos Tusha of Lushnja has not been extinguished, and he has been "sewn with bread in the trunk", to arrest and convict him for the third time, and the implementation of the scenario has begun.
At the beginning of March 2024, former mayor Fatos Tushe, completed the second sentence of 1 year in prison and was released, but on April 10, 2024, SPAK called him again, this time fabricating the charge of not declaring 1 asset .
It is evident, a scenario ordered by Bablok, the fact that within 3 years, SPAK picks up and takes defendants for the third time after two prison sentences for the same criminal offense, former mayor Fatos Tushe, now on the charge of hiding 1 wealth.
