A mafia assassination took place in Thessaloniki, Greece, where a 41-year-old man was shot dead in the middle of the street on Saturday afternoon. According to the Greek media, it is about a Georgian immigrant who was shot by a person when he had just parked his motorcycle and removed his helmet.
The victim received two bullets, one in the back and one in the shoulder.
It is reported that after committing the crime, the perpetrator got into a jeep and left. The police have started searching for his capture, while it is suspected that there were three people in that vehicle, two men and a woman.
So, police forces and a forensic doctor went to the scene to clarify the incident, while the dead body of the 41-year-old was transported by ambulance to the morgue.
It is also reported that the 41-year-old is a well-known name to the Greek authorities, as he was arrested as a member of a criminal organization.
