A man entered a school in the southern French city of Antibes (France) today armed with a knife and injured two people, police said.
"The perpetrator has been arrested, he no longer poses a threat," a police spokesman said.
According to French television network BFM, the man injured a 16-year-old student and a 52-year-old teacher inside the school. The latter was seriously injured, but her life is not in danger. A 16-year-old student suffered minor injuries.
Police said the attacker was a former student at the school, but could not provide immediate details about his motive.
