Kamala Harris is reported to have spoken with former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, as well as former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, after Joe Biden's announcement that he is withdrawing from the race.

This is reported by CNN, as it is noted that Harris spent 10 hours on the phone on Sunday afternoon and evening to gather the support of Democratic leaders after the withdrawal of Biden from the November race in front of 2024.

In his public statement, Obama has yet to express his support for Harris, remaining as neutral as in 2020. On the other hand, the Clintons expressed their support for the vice president.
