Serbia has openly expressed its disappointment towards the two republics that emerged from the former Yugoslavia, North Macedonia and Montenegro, for the recognition they have given to Kosovo's independence.
It was the Serbian Minister of Defense, Milosh Vučević, who openly attacked them, asserting that with this action, they interfered in the internal affairs of Serbia. He even went further by asserting that RMV and Montenegro are not looking at the threat that, according to him, is coming from the Albanian factor in the region and the danger of creating a Greater Albania. These statements, to which the Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, reacted directly, according to which Albania, Montenegro and North Macedonia as members of NATO, will not allow anyone to pull them back to the past that they are leave behind forever.
The well-known Serbian lawyer, Cedomir Stojkovic said that Aleksandar Vucic has lost every ally in the West in the last 2 years and no one supports his policy.
"He is following a policy that is completely opposite from what he followed 5 years ago, especially when it comes to Kosovo. It received Western appreciation when it signed the Prespa agreement, but then followed no other Western values. He will send a message to the West that if you don't want to be my friends, I will increase tensions towards Kosovo and I want to undo all agreements with Kosovo. This is his game in an attempt to establish himself on the stage of the West as an important actor", said the lawyer for "Euronews Albania".
