US President Joe Biden has spoken about the death of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny.
He accuses Putin of being responsible for his mysterious death and warns that he will pay the price. He adds that regardless of whether Putin gave the order or not, he will answer for the circumstances of his murder.
"I said it will be a price he will pay. I've heard a few things that haven't been confirmed yet. But the fact of the matter is that Putin is responsible. Whether he ordered it or not, he is responsible for the circumstances.
It's a reflection of who he is. It cannot be tolerated ," US President Joe Biden said in remarks to reporters in Delaware.
Biden concluded by saying that this event is intolerable.
