The head of the Cadastre, Dalëndryshe Bici, has acknowledged the problems with the transition of online services. In recent weeks, there have been complaints that citizens cannot receive online services, as the Cadastre system does not work properly.
After many accusations, Dallandyshe Bici reacted, attacking critics and the media. She admits that she has problems, as she has not spared the notaries either.

Why is everyone insistently looking for the failure of the cadastre?!
It has been so many weeks that the Cadastre is under continuous attacks. From interest groups that openly, or secretly, with reason or not, do their best to tarnish the new face of ASHK, the one where bribery and corruption are not the word of the day, and where officials, like most of the citizens of this country, have to wait normally salary at the end of the month, and since they are not used to it, they quit.
Why are the notaries upset?! Those who, for so many years, have never even spoken about delays, about that stock of several years' worth of applications, about the rights of citizens. Why did they start to care about the problems of the citizens now that the new work process after the reengineering of the system has started in ASHK for several weeks? Have they lost their resources and remained like a fish in a shingle?! We will talk about them again. Very soon.
But why do other interest groups persistently demand the failure of the cadastre?! What have they lost? Why isn't ASHK's position on various news, accusations, and claims not required?
I have never shied away from challenges. And what is happening today at ASHK is an epochal change for this institution. But this change will protect citizens' pockets, not emptying them to these "interest groups". It will preserve property, not allowing other interest groups to do as they please. Today we are accused and attacked for delays. If anyone remembers, just a few months ago ASHK was only accused of bribery and corruption. There are delays. There are no problems. There is a deadlock. There is no failure. Just because we want to do things quickly and well, despite sabotage, ill-wishers, those who want to take advantage. We will make them for the people. For those who are actually not interested in any "interest group".
