Heavy rain in Great Britain has caused problems with transport.
Rail stations and airports are operating intermittently this morning, travel expert Simon Calder told the BBC.
Calder explains that over 11 cancellations are in place at London Waterloo train station - this is due to problems with the power supply after heavy rain overnight.
"In Liverpool, trains are running without passengers to see how the situation will continue," continues Calder.
Manchester Airport has reopened both runways after temporarily closing them for several hours this morning.
In a statement to X, Manchester said some departures and arrivals "may still experience delays as crews work to de-ice aircraft and clear runways".
Meanwhile, Liverpool John Lennon Airport has just said it will reopen its runway this morning at 10:15 GMT, while flight delays are being warned.
Leeds Bradford Airport is another airport affected by the bad weather, and confirmed that the runway was closed, but said they hoped to reopen at 12pm depending on changing conditions.
