
Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi has called on the US and Iran to extend the ceasefire and continue talks between the parties.
In a post on the social network 'X', Badr Albusaidi stated that he is convinced that both sides did not want to be involved in this war, so negotiations remain the right solution. He emphasized that both sides must continue talks and make difficult concessions to reach an agreement.

“When I met Vice President Vance just hours before the war began, I got the impression that both he and the President had a sincere and strong preference to avoid involvement in the war. Therefore, I ask that the ceasefire be extended and the talks continue. Success may require painful concessions on all sides, but this is nothing compared to the pain of failure and war ,” he writes.
