New details have emerged from the tragedy that occurred on Tuesday evening in Switzerland, where a bus was engulfed in flames. So far, 6 deaths and 5 injuries have been reported.
The incident occurred in Kerzers and, according to Swiss media and testimonies from people at the scene, the fire may have been caused by a passenger who set himself on fire inside the bus after spilling a flammable liquid on his body.
The flames spread very quickly throughout the vehicle, causing the bus to be almost completely engulfed in flames within minutes.

Footage posted on social media shows the bus burned and destroyed by flames, as firefighters and emergency teams try to control the situation and help the injured.
A cantonal police spokesman told the Keystone-SDA agency that the investigation is still in its initial stages and it is too early to determine with certainty the cause of the incident.
Authorities have launched an investigation to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident and confirm the witnesses' version.
Meanwhile, the area where the tragedy occurred has been cordoned off by police, while citizens have been asked not to approach the scene so as not to hinder emergency operations and investigations.
