Hamas' armed wing confirmed that four of its leaders had been killed, including the commander of the northern Gaza brigade.
In a Telegram message, he said Al Ghandour was also a member of his military council.
The other three leaders were named as Wael Rajab, Raafat Salman and Ayman Siyam.
"We swear to God that we will continue their path and that their blood will be light for the Mujahideen and fire for the invaders. It is a jihad of victory or martyrdom," said Hamas.
Since the start of the war between Israel and Hamas on October 7, around 15,000 Palestinians in Gaza and 1,200 Israelis have been killed.
Hamas during the attack on Israel took 240 hostages, whose release was used to reach a temporary ceasefire agreement between the two sides and the release of some Palestinians imprisoned in Israel.
The leader of Hamas has also announced that they are ready to release all Palestinians imprisoned in Israel, the militant group is also ready to release all hostages.
