The US envoy to Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, stated today that the latest Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital leaves no sign of Moscow's willingness to end the war through diplomacy.
"Russia appears to be escalating the conflict with the largest attack of this war, striking the offices of the Ukrainian Council of Ministers in Kiev," Kellogg wrote on the X platform.
"This is not a signal that Russia wants a diplomatic solution to the war," he added.
The attack has been described as Russia's heaviest airstrike since the start of the aggression in 2022, raising new concerns about a further escalation of the conflict.
