Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said today's Israeli attack contradicted Donald Trump's promise to delay strikes on Iran's energy infrastructure for 10 days after he claimed talks were going well. Araghchi warned that Tehran would demand a "high price" for the attacks.
In a post on X, Araghchi said that Israel has struck 2 of Iran's largest steel factories, a thermal power plant, and civilian nuclear power plants.

Attack contradicts POTUS extended deadline for diplomacy.
Iran will exact HEAVY price for Israeli crimes
"Israel has struck 2 of Iran's largest steel plants, a thermal power plant and civilian nuclear power plants, among other infrastructure. Israel claims it acted in coordination with the US attack, which contradicts POTUS's extended deadline for diplomacy. Iran will demand a HEAVY price for Israeli crimes," Araghchi said.
Less than 24 hours ago, Trump extended his pause on attacking Iran's power grid, pushing back his deadline, again, for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz by another 10 days.
The US president claimed that the delay was "at the request of the Iranian government" and also claimed that talks between the US and Iran to end the war were ongoing and going very well.
