Kremlin security services were aware of a possible attack by ISIS days before the Crocus City Hall attack in Moscow, where at least 143 people died.
That's what it says in some classified Russian intelligence documents, which the Dossier Center - a Russian anti-Kremlin investigative group - managed to find.
According to the Dossier Center in London, there was evidence in the documents that Russia knew individuals from Tajikistan recruited by ISIS-K - the terror group's Central Asian branch - could attack.
Dossier Center is a Russian investigative group backed by Mikhail Khodorkovsky, a former Russian oil magnate turned Kremlin critic.
The center has previously leaked details about Russian President Vladimir Putin and his regime, often using documents and leaks from within the Russian government.
