Iran has launched a new wave of rocket attacks on cities in Israel, hitting several areas including Tel Aviv. According to reports from the ground, the attacks continue despite claims that Iranian military capabilities have been severely damaged.
Israeli sources said that ten separate Iranian missile launches were recorded from morning to noon. According to these sources, this is considered one of the most intense days of confrontation since the start of the war against Iran by the United States and Israel.
Reports also indicate that various types of rockets were used in the attacks, including ammunition that appears to have not been seen before in this conflict.
Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has named some of these weapons and their capabilities. According to available information, some of the missiles use cluster warheads, which deliver many smaller bombs and can cause damage in a radius of up to 10 kilometers.
Other rockets are larger and carry a greater amount of explosives, increasing the power of the strike.
The scope of the attacks has covered a wide area of Israel, from Netanya on the northern coast to the Negev region in the south.
Throughout the day, millions of Israelis have been forced to repeatedly enter and exit shelters, while alarm sirens have been activated in many cities. This situation has created great fatigue and frustration among the civilian population.
