The Israeli Air Force said it carried out a large-scale attack on Tehran, "on a large-scale military installation of the Iranian terrorist regime in eastern Tehran."
The operation involved more than 100 fighter jets, which struck the military complex in eastern Tehran. According to the Israeli military, more than 250 bombs were dropped on the complex.
According to the IDF, the headquarters attacked were:
-The Revolutionary Guard Headquarters,
-Headquarters of the Intelligence Directorate, Basij Headquarters,
-Qods Force Headquarters,
-Special Forces Headquarters and
-Headquarters of the Internal Security and Repression Unit.
The Israeli Air Force claims to have dropped 5,000 bombs in total on Iran.
