Hamas spokesman Osama Hamdan has just held a press conference in Beirut, Lebanon, addressing the delay in today's release of hostages from Gaza.
Hamas claims that Israel is not fulfilling its part of the ceasefire agreement.
Hamdan said 340 aid trucks had entered Gaza since yesterday, but only 65 of them had reached northern Gaza. That is less than half of what Israel agreed to, Reuters reports.
Earlier, Hamas said it would delay the release of the second round of hostages until more aid trucks reach northern Gaza.
Yesterday, 13 hostages were released and 39 Palestinian prisoners were released.
