Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Kiev is ready for peace talks, but not in Russia or Belarus.
He stressed that Ukraine is open to dialogue only if these talks will end the war. Zelensky also said that Ukrainian forces will not withdraw from the front and will not surrender territories.
In his statements to the media, Zelensky called on US lawmakers to adopt tougher sanctions against Russia, while adding that Ukraine will need stable financial support from European allies for the next two to three years.
